Customer Services

How long will it take you to answer my email?
We endeavor to respond to any e-mails within 48 hours. A response may sometimes take a while to come back to you but be assured that we read every single e-mail we receive.

Order & Subscription

How do I check my order status?
Customers can track orders they have made by entering their tracking identification number into the tracking form. Information relating to the delivery stage in our delivery network will be displayed.
Why haven't I received my order?
Our mission is to provide exemplary customer service. In the event that your order has not been processed within one to three (1-3) business days, please contact Bimtee.com to enquire about your purchase. NOTE that orders maybe delayed as our delivery network may have been interupted due to our systems being offline or because of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order before it is delivered, contact us at orders@bimtee.com. You must provide your tracking identification number, name and telephone number in the e-mail as well as make the subject of the e-mail 'Order Cancellation'. A representative will contact you.
How do I look up my order number?
Your order number can be found on your receipt. In the case that your item(s) are damaged or incorrect, this number will be used as a reference to your order.
Was my order placed if I didn't receive a confirmation email?
Confirmation e-mail arrival might vary depending on the progress of our messaging system. If you have not received a conformation message immediately please wait at least half an hour as our messaging system may take, at most, thirty (30) minutes to process your order. This delay may be also due to our e-mail server being down for maintenance/ repairs. Rest assured that on completion, all emails will be sent. NOTE that on completion of your order you will be created with a confirmation page with information relating to your order. We advice you to save this information until your item(s) have been delivered.
Why are some tees on my receipt out of stock during the checkout process?
Our catalogue is updated in real time i.e. quantities are reduced as purchases are made. This is to ensure that customers have the most up to date information on a product. Therefore, some items in our catalogue may have a low stock count at a certain time. If a small quantity of an item exist and you have placed this item in your cart this item may be completely purchased by someone else making the item 'Out of Stock'.

What are the care instructions for your shirts?
Machine wash in cold water. Do NOT use Chlorine bleach. Tumble dry at low temperature. Iron at low temperature Although you should not expect any significant fading, wash colors separately from whites, especially on the first wash.
What are your tees made of?
Our tees are made of high quality 6.5oz Cotton Lycra (80% Cotton 20% Lycra) which provides a soft, comfortable stretch for fitted styling.

Lycra belongs to the generic elastane classification of man-made fibres and is described in technical terms as a segmented polyurethane it is composed of "soft", or flexible, segments bonded together with "hard", or rigid, segments. This gives the fibre it's built-in, lasting elasticity. Lycra can be stretched four to seven times its initial length, yet springs back to it's original length once tension is released. While Lycra appears to be a single continuous thread, it is in reality a bundle of tiny filaments.

This material is exceptionally smooth and tight-knit, making it a perfect surface for our designs. The softest, smoothest, best-looking t-shirt available anywhere.
Where are your tees made?
Our tees are custom made right here in Barbados from individuals which pride themselves on being sweatshop free, after all, this is Barbados. If you wish for us to improve upon some aspect of our tees, feel free to contact us.
Who designs your products?
Most of our designs are done in-house while others are submitted by freelance Artist who spend a lot of time researching new fashion trends, the best mixture of colours, new illustration techniques, etc., with the aim of producing a very high standard of designs that all customers can appreciate. They not only do what they love but we provide an avenue from which they can express their ideas. We must also credit some online resources that gives us inspiration which is certainly part of the design process.
What is the theme of your brands and why are you unique?
Our general theme is minimalism, typography and culture. Our t-shirts are at most times limited addition collectables; once a design has 2 to 4 small runs, it is never printed again, making our products truely LIMITED EDITIONS. Bimtee Apparel are not found in stores, only on our website.

Shopping & Checkout

What does the 1-Click Express Checkout button do?
We are always looking for new ways to make your shopping experience easier. After entering your delivery address information, you can click the 1-Click Express Checkout button to confirm your order immediately. This will skip the payment option and receipt pages and go directly to the confirmation page. NOTE that items which are out-of-stock will not be added to your order.
Can I buy a sold-out item?
If an item is sold old it is not available for sale. However, depending on the demand of that item, we will reprint it and re-enter it into our Catalogue.
Do you accept International orders?
Our INTERNATIONAL customers can purchase items by click the International Checkout option button in their shopping cart and enter their shipping details in the form provided OR by using NicNatDirect.com. Fill out the order form and they will handle the purchasing and shipment of your order. Here is a Demo. NOTE that NicNatDirect.com is an independant entity and not owned by Bimtee.com; users of NicNatDirect.com will be suject to that domain's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We are not in control of the process if items are purchased using this method but will try to assist if a problem arises.
How do I place my order?
We endeavor to make the ordering process as simple as possible for you. To order a product, you must first click on the item you are interested in purchasing and a page with information detailing the specifications of the product will be displayed along with the price. Click the 'Add To Cart' button to add the product to your shopping cart. Much like shopping in a regular store, your shopping cart allows you to safely keep your items held waiting for you while you continue browsing for other products to add. Whenever you add an order to your cart you will be taken directly over to the cart, which will display a listing of the products you have chosen and a total price after any other costs have been added. You can access your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the 'Cart' link located in the search bar. When you have finished adding all the items you wish to buy, you may click on the 'Checkout' button to begin the submission of your order. You will be greeted with a page requiring your contact and delivery address details. The time it takes for our customers to receive an order depends entirely on their location.
Can I place a phone or mail order?
We do not accept orders by phone or by mail. All orders must be made via our website.
How many shirts can you buy of the same type?
We encourage and promote uniqueness in the way our customers dress. To ensure our customers remain above and beyond comparison, we provide a unique selection of shirts for standard sizes ranging from medium to extra large (S, M, L and XL) for our Guys and small to medium (S, M and L) for our Girls.

Payment

How do I pay for an order?
An invoice will be sent to your email inbox detailing the contents of your purchase. At the point of delivery you will be asked to sign the delivery register. On completion, you will be presented with your package. Local orders are paid using the Cash on Delivery method. International orders are paid using our PayPal email invoicing.
What are my payment options?
We employ two methods of payment
  1. Cash On Delivery: Payment of your order is done at the time of actual delivery.
  2. Pay Pal Invoicing: Payment of your order is done via our PayPal secure online gateway with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover card or PayPal account. We will also accept Electronic Funds / Wire Transfers, Money Order Payments (via post office), or Western Union Money Transfers if you are ordering outside of Barbados.
What currency is used on the site?
All prices are quoted in Barbados dollars (BBD). You can visit http://www.xe.com/ucc/ for currency and foreign exchange calculations.

Shipping & Delivery

What are your local delivery hours?
We have partnered with Markev Couriers to provide you with the best delivery service. Our delivery hours are Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm & Friday: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm.
What shipping company do you use for International order?
We understand the importance of balancing efficiency and reliability with cost; therefore, we have choosen Barbados Postal Service and FedEx as our shipping partners.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your Return Policy?
Unworn and unwashed products can be exchanged within two (2) days of delivery. Just email or phone us and we will provide instructions on how you can receive your exchange.

**Note that your receipt must be presented at the point of exchange.
How do I return a wrong or defective item?
Our shirts are of the highest quality and carefully checked before being packaged and sent to you. However, if we have made a mistake and you receive a defective shirt, contact us with a description of the defect. Please do not wear or wash the defective shirt or you will void the exchange.
What if something I requested for an exchange goes out of stock?
Given such a case, customers are eligible for a refund or replacement of the item with another of similar cost.
